Why do the ticket prices vary on the seats?
The pricing is at the discretion of the seller.
Why the delivery dates are different?
the different delivery dates typically have to do with Ticketmaster, Live Nation and/or concert promoters processing and release dates. In instance when concert tickets are sold 4-6 months in advance the concert, ticket releases may be delayed at the promoters discretion.
How do you ensure and protect a payment and how do you guarantee we get the tickets that we paid for?
When a seller posts tickets for sale on the Network, they are required to keep a credit card on file. If there is a problem or snafu with the tickets, Ticketnetwork investigates the situation the seller is held responsible.
